This has affected the cotton industry worldw... We have been faced with rising cotton prices since mid 2010 largely due to adverse weather conditions in some of the world’s top producing countries. This has affected the cotton industry worldwide as supplies are not meeting demands and as a result the world market prices have increased, forward and panic buying has compounded the situation. Rest assured that, at Tanzi, we will continue to give you the most cost effective product with no compromise on quality. We have measures in place where we will hold consignment stock of lint and back to back supply with orders received, in view of the increasing prices which do not show any signs of dropping in the short term. In addition and in line with our commitment to be a solution provider we are happy to accommodate toll manufacturing for any of our customers who have the ability to source their own cotton lint / yarn, or would prefer to. Please feel free to discuss this option with our sales team.
